MISTER PRESIDENT (Sam Spratt, barrier 16) will kick off our day in the first on the card, set to run at 2.55pm. He will need luck from the wide barrier but his work has been encouraging heading into today.
ANNALONE (Ryoya Kozaki, barrier 8) will go head to head with Mister President in race 1. She was well beaten both starts when first tried. She has been freshened and has had one trial to prepare for today.
IPATCH (Ryoya Kozaki, barrier 7) is an unlikely runner.
ARYA STARK (Craig Grylls, barrier 5) will line up in race 4 at 4.44pm. She is making her first raceday appearance today and has had two quiet trial to prepare. Although she has done little at the trials, she has worked particularly well heading into today and should put in a nice performance on debut.
INTELLIGENT PATCH (Troy Harris, barrier 5) will line up in race 5 at 5.15pm. He was just fair on debut but has improved with the experience under his belt. The give in the ground will assist him today.
TWEEDLEDEE (Chelsea Burdan, barrier 5) will line up in race 6 at 5.54pm. He put in a nice fresh up effort when third at Matamata, 6/12. Today is a quick backup for him and he will drop back in distance to 1400m. He has very good home track form and will appreciate the give in the ground.
WILD SEAS (Craig Grylls, barrier 2) will line up in race 7 at 6.29pm. She has been racing consistently well of late and comes in to today off the back of a nice win at Waverley, 17/11. She has worked well and if she handles the track, there's no reason as to why she won't run well again.
AUTUMN WILD (pictured) (Ryoya Kozaki, barrier 1) will also line up in race 7. She is another who has been racing consistently well, going close in her last two raceday appearances. She has drawn to get a soft trip and should go close again today.
TWO MADDISON (Sam Spratt, barrier 1) will finish our day in race 8 at 7pm. She has been racing consistently well, without getting any favours. Her last start at Matamata 6/12 was very good, where she was flying home late. She deserves to get her maiden victory today.
