PATCH PRINCE (Sam Spratt, barrier 7) is our sole runner at Ellerslie on Sunday, lining up in race 2 at 2.55pm. He is a horse who has shown a lot of ability at home on the track but is yet to put things together come raceday. He put in an improved effort when second at Rotorua last start. He is still learning his trade but should put in another tidy performance.
